I liked that this place is in a great location and the staff here are very friendly. The rooms have 2 comfy queen beds! 🌟

It has really helpful and excellent co-operating staff and good facilities. The location is incredible, 1 mile from Bowlmor Dallas.

It was in the heart of addison where all the restaurants and night clubs. It was pure convience.

I did not like the smell of the room

The hotel was wonderful and quiet. The wheelchair accessible room with 2 queen beds and a bedroom was important for us. The location was great and fantastic, within walking distance from Al-Amir. The venue is in a good area next to downtown with public transport, eateries, stores, and shopping areas.

The service was excellent, no complaints.

Great staff at check in and check out. Monique checked me in happily and quickly (my AC was out and I had to have a room!). Made the entire experience soon much better.

The bed was comfortable, there was a microwave in the room which came in handy.

The lady at the front desk at the time of our check in was incredibly rude and had an attitude. The room we got, although it says nonsmoking, it reeked of cigarette odor. The bathroom wasn't clean and the elevator made a scary noise that made me scared to ride in it. I didn't only stay at this hotel, I rented a space for an event and when I told a staff member that I didn't ask for a closed square with the tables and chairs design, I was told to remove it myself and she told where me the closet was to put the chairs and tables I did not want. .. Overall, horrible place. Lacks customer service, bad experience.

The hotel is very dated. Although it is still very comfortable, the rooms look a little run down.

I stayed at Holiday Inn for business for two nights and had a fantastic experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. the hotel was clean, well-located, and the food was exceptional. Meeting the General Manager was a pleasant surprise. the room was comfortable, and Cheryl at the front desk was a delight.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

very good location. decent staff, rooms fairly large choice of food on the breakfast menu. exercise room and small business center room also a convenience.

Really would have liked to give them a perfect rating but had the following issues.The bathroom fan was not working.On the first day of our stay housekeeping stripped the beds in the morning while we were by breakfast.But by four pm had not yet put on new bedding and I had to notify the front desk,who took care of it.

Great hotel in a convenient location near the Galleria. The staff members provide excellent service and are very friendly. The room with 2 queen beds, AC, and bedroom was outstanding. The breakfast offerings include a variety of goodies. The hotel is close to North Dallas, Plano, and various restaurants. Additionally, the nearby restaurants such as Chuys Mexican Food serve fresh and delicious food.

Basic value for the price. Clean, modist facility. Nice staff.

You have the worst desk chairs ever. Too low,and very uncomfortable. Meant only for smaller adults.

Location was close to a large variety of restaurants and pubs.

The room and floor was non smoking but there was a distinct smell of smoke.
